On July 8 and 9, this year's FIM Motocross Junior World Championship will be held in Romania, near the capital Bucharest. The German Motorsport Federation, together with its youth department, the DMSJ, has put together an energetic team of 5 riders for the 65cc, 85cc and 125cc classes for this event. Led by team manager Christian Brockel, Team Germany will make the long journey to Romania to compete in the biggest youth motocross race in the world. In the 65cc class, DIGA Academy athlete Jamiro Peters will represent the Gerrman team.For the KTM rider from Viersen, who has been competing in the European Championship for 2 years and has already been able to show his potential here with podium finishes and a heat victory, it will be the first appearance at a World Championship.
